Priya Raman reviews every page on this site that makes a claim about travelling with children, travelling with a disability or travelling with older relatives. She is a former special education coordinator and has cruised with a wheelchair user in her party on eleven sailings.

Her review standard is simple: if a page says a ship is good for families or accessible, it has to say for which ages, which cabin categories and which ports, because a tender port with no accessible boarding turns a marketed accessible cruise into a day stuck onboard.

She also checks that our kids club age bands, babysitting costs and connecting cabin claims match current cruise line policy rather than what was true three years ago.
